CETIS Educational Content SIG use cases
- This is a zipped set of eleven Cockburn use cases that were originally collected by Sarah Currier for the IMS Next Generation Interactive Content SIG. They were not drawn up with a SOA in mind, but most make reference to interactions between multiple online systems in real time.

Identifiers
- A set of seven use cases about the use of identifiers, collected by the participants of a meeting on identifiers in the educational sphere in London in October 2003. More information about the meeting is available on the cetis website. These use cases are probably most relevant to the Identifier service and its uses.
